These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Tiny Guests Event Care provides services. By making an enquiry, booking a session, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Service
Tiny Guests Event Care provides on-site, session-based childcare and infant care during weddings and private events, while parents or legal guardians remain present at the venue.
The service is:

short-duration
non-medical
non-clinical
Tiny Guests Event Care is not a nursery, childminder, daycare, or babysitting service.
2. Eligibility & Age Range
Care is provided for children aged 0–5 years
Parents or legal guardians must remain on the premises at all times
Parents must be contactable throughout each session
3. Session Structure
3.1 Care is provided in pre-booked sessions of up to two (2) hours.
3.2 Each session is treated as a separate period of care, with parental handover at the start and end.
3.3 Multiple sessions may be booked during an event, subject to availability.
3.4 Care ends at the agreed session end time unless a new session is confirmed.
4. Parental Responsibility
4.1 Parents or legal guardians retain overall parental responsibility at all times.
4.2 Tiny Guests Event Care provides supervision only within the agreed session times.
4.3 Children will only be released to the parent or named guardian who completed the handover.
5. Scope of Care
Tiny Guests Event Care may provide:
supervision and age-appropriate care
soothing and settling
feeding using food or milk supplied by parents

supply food, formula, or nappies

6. Health & Emergencies
6.1 Parents must disclose any relevant health or care information before the session.

7. Safeguarding
Tiny Guests Event Care operates safeguarding, incident reporting, and lost-child procedures.

8. Fees & Payment
8.1 Fees are session-based and confirmed in writing prior to the event.
8.2 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
8.3 The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
8.4 Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.
9. Cancellations
9.1 Deposits are non-refundable.
9.2 Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be charged in full.
9.3 In the unlikely event Tiny Guests Event Care must cancel, all payments will be refunded.
10. Liability & Insurance
10.1 Tiny Guests Event Care holds appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
10.2 Liability is limited to the scope of services provided during agreed sessions.
10.3 Tiny Guests Event Care is not responsible for matters outside session times or outside the agreed scope of care.
11. Photography & Media
11.1 Staff do not take photographs or videos of children in our care.
11.2 No images of children are used for marketing or promotional purposes.
11.3 Any photography requires explicit parental consent.
12. Data Protection
